Mino Caggiula opens 2024-2025 TASIS Speaker Series

On 16th and 17th September, Mino Caggiula had the privilege of inaugurating the TASIS 2024-2025 lecture series at the American School in Switzerland, TASIS. This series of talks draws from five fundamental elements of the TASIS identity—truth, goodness, beauty, international understanding, and humanitarian action—to provide students with a signature educational experience.

During his lecture on 16th September at the Palmer Cultural Centre, Mino Caggiula shared his vision of architecture, focusing on principles of simplicity and sustainability, and the importance of harmonising buildings with nature and the surrounding landscape. He emphasised the necessity for a balance between human needs and respect for the environment, offering stimulating insights for the students present.
The evening continued with a Q&A session at Casa Fleming, where a select group of students had the opportunity to interact directly with the architect and discuss issues of great importance to the future of architecture.

During his visit, Mino also met with two classes of Architecture and Design, answering questions and inspiring aspiring artists and architects with his experience and innovative ideas.

A heartfelt thank you to TASIS for the warm welcome and for providing this valuable opportunity for cultural and intellectual exchange.
